For the first time in Kerala Co-operative Banks SESAME introduces Automated Voice Call Service. Using this service the bank can automatically send voice calls to mobile phones or land phones of its customers for intimating them about various information from the bank. Eg: Loan or Deposit Due intimation, Introducing new schemes, Birthday or such special occasion wishes etc.
