BEACON-FA+ - An automated Final accounts module


For the first time in Kerala Co-operative Banks SESAME introduces Automated Voice Call Service. Using this service the bank can automatically send voice calls to mobile phones or land phones of its customers for intimating them about various information from the bank. Eg: Loan or Deposit Due intimation, Introducing new schemes, Birthday or such special occasion wishes etc.

Online Service Call Monitoring Software -SSON



ArrowSSON – is a web based service call management software.

ArrowThis is a free software which can be used by the bank.

ArrowSESAME will issue a registered user id in SSON.

Arrow All the service calls of the bank can be entered in SSON

ArrowSESAME engineers will attend and correct the problem and logs it in SSON from the site itself.

ArrowThe EDP in charge of the bank can counter check for the Correctness and approve it in SSON

Arrow At any point of time bank can check - which are the pending calls, solved calls, the plan of Sesame             engineers in attending the pending calls.
