TRAININGS
Induction trainings :
Induction trainings are conducted for each new hire to ensure that they are settled speedily and comfortably in a constructive role. Induction training is about understanding the organization’s goals, values and philosophy; Rules & Regulations, Code of conduct, HR practices, and the job they're required to do. The training makes the job more meaningful for the new recruits and make them feel like they belong – from the very first day itself!
Training on Quality Management System & processes:
Enables employees to interpret the requirements of the ISO 9001: 2000 standard, and the relationship between the clauses of the standard. The employees are made aware of the processes of the company’s quality management system , their application throughout the organization , their sequence and their interaction .
Skill upgradation trainings :
A host of skill enhancement training programs as well as knowledge sharing sessions are imparted periodically to ensure employee development together with value added service delivery to clients
Softskill trainings :
Recognising the strong link between the soft skills of the employees and effective team /customer relationships regular trainings are imparted focusing on those areas that bring about changes in behaviour & thinking,
