The pain point: Marketing executives of Lafarge were working all over India, and the company was facing difficulty to manage the daily reports from executives. Executives used to send the report by means of courier and email from various working locations , which could not be consolidate easily by the Marketing department.
Solution given by Sesame: Sesame proposed a web based call reporting system as a solution to the problem faced by client. A study was conducted at client side and sesame walked through the system of daily call reporting process of client and developed a web based call reporting system for the client, with which executives where able to key in daily call details and related information from any geographical location with the help of internet and a PC.
Out come
The concerned persons at the marketing department are given the access to monitor the details provided by executives and they are able to take consolidated reports easily between any two given dates, are able to identify the hot customers with a mouse click, are able to see the commitments and follow up dates very easily
Also they are able to guide the executives by posting necessary comments against each call as and when required with the help of new call reporting system.
