Syndicate Bank is one of the oldest and major commercial banks, headquartered in Manipal, India. The bank has a pan India presence and a revenue of Rs. 4.7 lakh crore was generated from Global business alone. Nationalized in 1969, the bank is pioneer among its peers and has several milestones and awards to its credit. The bank has served customers over generations and has been the face of innovations in technology initiatives.

Project Specification

Sesame’s Delinkure LMS DRT solution is designed to streamline the legal work-flow of a Banking NPA Recovery Management System with comprehensive coverage of Recovery Process Life-Cycle. It handles all the business units of the bank starting from Branch to Head Office with a model Bank hierarchy with Head Office, referred as HO, Regional Office (RO) and Branch respectively. It provides Role-based Access Control system and also facilitates external access (Mobile version or Tab) to empaneled counsels and advocates of the Bank to communicate with Bank Officials related to all legal activities.

Result

  • Centralized document management system which Increases speed and accuracy of Legal & Litigation Proceedings of the bank.
  • The automated single window settlement option enables the delegated authorities in different hierarchies to approve customer’s settlement request, without any kind of physical file transfer.
  • Maximize efficiency and dramatically improve the bank’s ability to quickly and efficiently respond to the DRT Proceedings to maintain and meticulously plan all legal and Security Enforcement process.
